Pappardelle alla Bolognese

Over the years we have enjoyed the delicious offerings on the entire menu however, we always get the Pappardelle alla Bolognese to share with the table! Deliciously consistent and takes us back to our trips to Bologna!

Antipasto Tradizionale

I ordered takeout from Terramia for my father's birthday and they exceeded all of our expectations and made his birthday memorable!! I was nervous at first because I had talked up Terramia so much to my parents and were unsure how the food would travel as takeout. I was so pleased that the takeout ordering process was easy, pickup was quick and safe, and the food was packaged in a way that when we brought it home, it looked just like it would if we were served the dish in a restaurant! We started with an antipasto that was fresh, flavorful and a generous portion- we had enough left over for a really delicious lunch the next day. My mother had the Frittelle di Aragosta and said the lobster was fresh and the fritters were crisp and tasty! My father had the Involtini Di Melanzane and said the sauce was perfect and the eggplant and ricotta were all cooked perfectly. My grandmother, who is very picky and will eat limited foods, gobbled up the spaghetti and meatballs and asked for more! She couldn't eat the whole portion so my father and boyfriend tried the meatballs- both loved the flavor of the meatballs and appreciated that they weren't dried out or over seasoned. My boyfriend, an Italian and tough food critic, loved his Ravioli Alla Amatriciana! I had the Pollo Marsala and ordered it without gluten nor cows milk as I have an allergy. It is pretty common for restaurants to make an error and include something with an allergen. Also, my selections are often limited and lack flavor when I order at other restaurants. I was blown away by how good the Pollo Marsala was!!! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce, even without the cows milk, was decadent and full of flavor from the pancetta, mushrooms, and fresh thyme. I would say that was one of the best dishes I've ever had at a restaurant and hands down, the best Chicken Marsala I've ever had. It was served with string beans that often don't travel well but they were still warm and crisp when I got them home. Thank you for providing such a delicious, enjoyable meal to celebrate a birthday. Especially considering the current COVID restrictions, Terramia made it possible to endulge in delicious food and enjoy time together as a family, while knowing our food was prepared and packaged safely. We can't wait to come back soon!!

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to eat at your restaurant many times. In fact whenever we're in Boston we make a reservation to dine. My favorite personal dish is your arancini. It is light, tender and perfectly seasoned. I would strongly recommend this restaraunt to everyone.

Gnocchi ai Funghi

My parents took me out to eat for my birthday. Since I like good food they took me to Terramia. I had the mushroom gnocchi and it was unbelievable. It was so tender and had so much flavor. I love mushrooms so it was an easy choice for me.

Frittelle di Aragosta

My husband and I had our second date at Terramia in Boston's North end. It was by far one of the best meals that we Have ever ate. In fact we spend our anniversary every year at your restaraunt. The lobster fritters with the balsamic glaze are just one of our favorites. I have been trying to recreate them for the past 20 plus years to no avail. Absolutely scrumptious! Paula
